Johnny Pemberton

 Johnny is a talented actor/writer/comedian who is currently writing on the 3rdseason of THE ERIC ANDRE SHOW for Adult Swim. He has also recently filmed a recurring role in the Comedy Central pilot CRAZY HOUSE. He will be soon reprising the role of ‘Delroy’ from the hit comedy 21 JUMP STREET in the upcoming sequel 22 JUMP STREET, opposite Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill. Other feature credits include a supporting role in THE WATCH (opposite Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller and Jonah Hill), Judd Apatow’s feature THIS IS 40, and the IFC/BBC film IN THE LOOP directed by Armando Iannucci and starring James Gandolfini. The film was an official selection at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival and an Oscar nominee for Best Adapted Screenplay. Currently, we can 

 

He was a series regular in the ABC show THE FAMILY TOOLS, produced by Mark Gordon Company, and starring Leah Remini, Kyle Bornheimer, and J.K. Simmons. He’s appeared in Fox's NEW GIRL (in a funny scene with Zooey Deschanel) and Comedy Central's KROLL SHOW. Previous TV credits include the MTV series MEGADRIVE, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, ABC’s pilot BAD MOM (alongside Jenna Elfman), and the multi-platform teen action series AIM HIGH from Warner Premiere and executive producer McG. He has also appeared on the Starz series HOLLYWOOD RESIDENTIAL. Voiceover credits include ‘Braco’ on ADVENTURE TIME and ‘Dr. Eigerman’ on Fox’s BOB’S BURGERS.  

 

Johnny has co-headlined a US stand up tour with Matt Braunger sponsored by Funny or Die. In 2011, he was recognized by the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal as a “New Face” and performed stand up to much acclaim, and then returned to the festival in 2013. He regularly performs stand up in venues around LA, and created the podcast TWISTING THE WIND WITH JOHNNY PEMBERTON on Feral Audio.
